My partner can’t share my ticket for Teddy Swimms with me because your app and conveniently also your website is complete garbage. It keeps telling me to download the app which I have. I’ve logged in, logged out, changed my damn password, you name it and it still won’t allow me to accept my ticket to my phone. I’ve even tried to do it via email and it still won’t register. Get your shit together, honestly. Worst fucking app in the business.

Cannot process tickets, states the users card is blocked and for the user to check with their bank provider. Bank advised card is fine, no issues. A second card was tried same message from Ticketek
